How to create an account?
To create a customer account on our site, simply go to the “My account” section. Create your account using your email address and complete the information sheet. Please enter the password which will be required for any connection to our site.
I want to change my contact details / my email address, what should I do?
To change your contact details, log into your account and click on the “Account details” tab to change your email address or password, on “Addresses” to change your delivery or billing address.
I forgot my login details / I lost my password.
To retrieve your login details, simply go to the “Connection” section, click on “Lost password? », And enter your email address. An email with a reset link will automatically be sent to you.
When will my order be prepared?
Your order will be prepared and shipped between 1 and 3 days upon confirmation (except weekends and public holidays).
How to track my order ?
It’s very simple, in your My Account area, click on “My Orders”, and you will see the status of your order “In progress”, “Completed”, “Canceled”, etc …
I did not receive the confirmation email for my order
. As soon as you validate your order, you will receive a confirmation email instantly. If 48 hours after placing your order you have not received this email, contact us.
What are the delivery methods and times?
In mainland France, you can choose to have it delivered to a relay point or to the address of your choice. Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 days excluding weekends and holidays (subject to availability).
Can I have it delivered abroad?
We deliver all over the world, the price depends on the country of destination.
What are the delivery rates?
Your delivery is free from 120 € of purchases (excluding discounts) for any order intended for Metropolitan France. (Except special delivery operation offered). Delivery rates vary depending on weight and country. Please find our price list below.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package and the link to the site.
What is the deadline for exchanging an item?
You have 14 days to exchange an item.
What are the payment methods ?
You can pay for your order by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).
Can I pay securely?
Our encryption security system protects data related to payment methods. Your bank details do not pass through our computer system at any time.
How to choose the right size?
You are not sure about the size, see our size chart accessible from the product sheets.
My item is no longer available, what should I do?
You have chosen an item which is no longer available in your size, you will then see the words “Available to order. Product being restocked.”. You will therefore be able to order the product, but delivery times will be extended.
